Privacy

Data controller: [publisher’s company name, address and VAT number: to be completed], publisher of the 50 Top Pinsa guide. For any question about personal data you can write to info@worldsbestpinsa.com.

The contact form

When you use the form on the Contact page, including to suggest a pinseria, we collect: full name, email address, reason for contacting us and message; for suggestions, also the name, city, country and website or Instagram profile of the pinseria. We also record the date of sending and the language of the page.

We use this data only to reply to you and, for suggestions, to assess the pinseria for future editions of the guide. The legal basis is the consent you give by ticking the box on the form (Art. 6(1)(a) of EU Regulation 2016/679), which you can withdraw at any time.

The message reaches the editorial team by email and remains stored in the restricted area of the site, accessible only to those who manage the site. We keep it as long as needed to reply and to assess suggestions: the editorial team deletes it manually, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

To limit automated submissions, the site keeps for one hour an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address the message is sent from (not the address itself).

The data is not passed on to third parties or used for advertising. It is processed by the editorial team and, as data processors, by the site’s hosting provider and the mail service that delivers the emails.

Browsing the site

The site does not use profiling cookies. It does not use third-party analytics tools. Fonts, scripts and videos are served by the site itself. WordPress technical cookies are used only for those who log in to the restricted area.

The site stores a technical cookie, tp_lingua, which remembers for one year that you have already visited the site: on your first visit, if your browser is not set to Italian, it takes you once to the English version; after that, you choose the language with the IT · EN selector.

The ranking map downloads the map images from OpenFreeMap (openfreemap.org): to do so, your browser connects to their servers, which receive your IP address as with any web resource. The map loads only when you reach its section.

Like every website, the server records in the hosting logs the technical data of requests (IP address, date and time, page requested), for security and troubleshooting.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, object to processing or receive it in a readable format (Arts. 15-22 of EU Regulation 2016/679), and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@worldsbestpinsa.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).
